Cynthia N. Seaforth
Cynthia is a 24 year resident of the Carolina’s, after moving from a suburban community of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.
Cynthia has been with the Conflict Resolution Center since November 2002. She started with the Center as an intern studying organizational communication and conflict resolution. Cynthia is a two time graduate of Pfeiffer University at Charlotte. Her undergrad degree is a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications with a focus on conflict resolution, and a Master of Arts, graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren, her pets, and church family. She enjoys cooking and entertaining, exercise, gardening, music, reading, and traveling.
Elizabeth is a lifetime resident of Cabarrus County and has been teaching for 15 years in grades 3-5. Three years ago she began volunteering with the Mediation Center in Private Warrant court during the summer months. Elizabeth found mediation to be a beneficial strategy for resolving issues in her classroom as well as with adults. In January of 2015 Elizabeth joined the Conflict Resolution Center’s Board so she could continue advocating in the community for the services we are able to provide.
In addition to her interest with the Conflict Resolution Center and teaching, Elizabeth enjoys gardening, learning to quilt, and reading.
