Discipline is determined by a grid system. Juries determine sentencing based on the
severity and circumstances of the offenses.

In addition to community service, the following may also ber required:

• Restitution to victims facilitated by mediation
• Jury service RESOLVE classes
• Written apologies
• Written essays
• Curfew
• Surrender of license to parent or custodian

There are a variety of community service worksites available. The Coordinator has a complete list of the sites and will assist in making a selection. Site placement is determined based on the needs of the community. Most agencies offer after school and weekend opportunites.
