Dress Code

The first impression made on the jury has an effect on the verdict it reaches. 

Teen Court is a formal, serious place that commands respect from all who participate in its proceedings. 

Therefore, the following dress code will be observed by the defendants, jury members, and all other roles: 

  • Shirts must be tucked in
  • Shorts are unacceptable
  • No low-cut V-neck t-shirts
  • No sagging jeans
  • Only neat and clean jeans
